Iranian Journal of Sociology of Education (IJSE) within the Iranian Association for Sociology of Education (IASE) as an open access and peer reviewed journal provides a forum for studies in the social aspects of education and development process of social actors. The journal places emphasis on the approaches and researches raised in the area of sociology and examines how social structure including institutions, stratification, and societal phenomena at both macro and micro level influences educational processes and social development. Such research can cover various levels of analysis, ranging from the individual to the structure of relations among social and educational institutions. In recent societies, educational issues are closely linked to most aspects of social life. Our goal is to provide an intellectual platform for scientists all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of sociology and other related fields. We welcome manuscripts from scientists-innovators who have developed new methods or improved technical components. All the materials are available to readers without financial barrier.
